When you are placing an order, you are sought to accept all of the
terms and conditions.
RajasthaniStore.com reserves the rights to add, edit or remove any
of the terms and condition with or without any prior notice to any of
its associates i.e. customers, investors, suppliers and service
partners like shipping etc.
Shipping Cost Calculation
Shipping cost is additional with purchase of each individual item.
But if you order multiple items in single order you get reduced
shipping cost overall.
Please also note that the shipping rates are weight based and all
weights will be rounded up to the next 500 grams. The minimum shipping
cost will be calculated in slot of 500 grams.
International shipping and handling rates is based on the size of your order: the larger you order, the lower the rate.
Shipping to India is Free Currently* as promotional offer.
VAT & Custom Duties
VAT / Custom Taxes and Import Duties are not in our control. They
vary according to the rules of different countries and must be paid
directly by the buyer. VAT / Custom Taxes and Import Duties are not
included in our ordering process, but may be charged to you by your
government.
International customers are responsible for any customs or duty fees
levied by their country. We have no control over these charges and
cannot predict where they will occur, as policies vary greatly from
nation to nation.
They are entirely your responsibility. The courier company in your
country may also charge some additional service charges for e.g. -
informal entry fees, handling fee etc. over and above custom duty on
case to case basis, and customer has to bear all these additioal fees
in their country.
Shipment Carriers
RajasthaniStore use the best shipping agencies and companies to
deliver your package on time and in perfect conditions, but reserves
the rights to use/ change the carrier.
Express delivery options are available too but on additional charges
and the charges could vary on the order size, so please write to sales@rajasthanistore.com for any such details.
Order Tracking
RajasthaniStore generally send the order status notifications/
alerts time by time to all of its clients, during order processing and
delivery phase but, order tracking details could make you available on
request if you want to track your order yourself.
Fast Track Order Processing
Generally we take around 15 days to prepare your order and 7-10 days to deliver it to your shipping address.
In case you need us to prepare your order on fast
track (generally in case of time shortage at client end), the Fast
Track Order Processing will be subject to additional charges and could
vary to each order individually. Please write at sales@rajasthanistore.com in case you need any help in such case.
Products & Availability
RajasthaniStore reserves the rights to remove or alter any product
offering with or without any prior notice to anyone. Any item ordered
by customer is subject of availability. In case of unavailability of
any exact product, RajasthaniStore reserves the rights to deliver the
next best alternative product with or without notification.
RajasthaniStore.com also protects the rights of customers so we
always ask you before delivering any alternative product(s), but don't
bear any claims of bad delivery.
You can ask us for money back in case you don't want to accept the
next best alternative product but only before we dispatch any order to
you. Once dispatched, no money back claim would be entertained and only
replacement warranty will be in active mode.
Product Pricing
RajasthaniStore reserves the rights to change/ alter the prices of
product(s) anytime with or without prior notice to anyone. We reserve
the rights to apply / reduce or remove any additional taxes as
applicable by Indian Company Act.
Replacement/ Return/ Refund Policy
We do provide a replacement warranty. We will replace the items if you have received:
- wrong item(s)
- item(s) in damaged condition
- item with manufacturing defect
In these cases, you would have to report us in written via email
urgently within 24 hours of receiving the courier and we will replace
your items without any additional charges to you. You will have to
dispatch the faulty item back within 7 Days of receipt and also email
us a scanned copy of receipt, of courier to RajasthaniStore.com
You would have to bear one side courier charges (From your end to RajasthaniStore).
